This web app and the Shiny app use the same core R model engine; additional interaction models are available in this web version. Fits and tests are calculated in R in your browser. The numerical engine and runtime are hosted with this page; no external R server or account is needed.
Baseline data contain 19 participants with age, height, body mass, bench press 1RM and biceps 1RM. IDs identify people and are never offered as numeric predictors. The opening lessons use IDs 2, 4, 6 and 7 to explain a mean-only bench press model. Later analysis tabs keep separate selections.
The repetitions dataset is the supplied 19-person sodium bicarbonate study table. Conditions remain matched within participants. Select sets, sum/mean aggregation, reference conditions and contrasts. Repeated measures offers a one-way condition analysis of the selected-set aggregate and a condition × set analysis using separate within-participant error strata. Teaching groups in the baseline lesson are user-defined, disjoint groups.
Ordinary regression and t-tests assume independent participants, an appropriate mean structure and suitable residual behaviour; ordinary regression also assumes constant residual variance. Intervals, contrasts, corrections and prior assumptions are labelled in each lesson.
